Ametis Villa

Ametis Villa was the perfect stay for us in Canggu. The staff, especially Pande, was very professional and hospitable. All the of the staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure our needs were met. Pande our butler took excellent care of us. Whatever we needed, he provided. He made sure that our villa was cleaned daily, we were fed, and he was personable with us and made sure that we were enjoying our stay in Bali. Whatever our concerns were or what we needed, he made sure that our needs were met and fulfilled. Pande made our trip amazing and he provided 5-star service. The amenities were also amazing. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport. The villa provided us with transportation wherever we needed. The villa is the closest thing to an all-inclusive stay. Food is included, tea hour, cocktail hour, and laundry services. The sense of security was important. No strangers are walking around the property and you feel safe. The city is busy but the villa was quiet and relaxing. The property is also well-maintained and clean. The spa is incredible, one of the best massages that we’ve ever had. The villa is walking distance to the beach and there’s a lot of restaurants near the villa. Pande provided us with a list of restaurant to try. Highly recommend Ametis for a couples trip.

Butler Gede was wonderful, as was Jaya. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. There are lots of lovely places in Bali, so the staff are really what make a place unique and special. You have an amazing team and they were all so friendly to us. Even the maintenance workers were very friendly.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Nice furniture and design, big clean pool, delicious food, good massage, friendly staff.

The privacy and size of the villa was spot on, the staff and I mean every single staff member were exceptional. The atmosphere was perfect, everything was clean and re-stocked.

Ametis really is the premier serviced Villa setting in Canggu, and has a collection of 5 star qualities that bear mentioning: 1. the food, wow, really really excellent, from the standard breakfast to the room service to the vegan menu, the cooking here is really great, the acai breakfasts, the nasi goreng, standard and vegan, were both fantastic and flavourful, and the in villa dining was top notch. 2. the staff - this will is where Ametis scores 11 out of 10. The people here are genuinely lovely, from the drivers to the butlers to the general manager, Akiko, the people at Ametis are just superb, and its clear this property has cultivated a really high quality service culture. feels like home. 3. the location is great, and the drivers were super professional and capable. 4. the pool, OMG, the pool, really world class. Our daughter was in the water 5-6 times a day, it was big, clean, and gorgeous, and I miss it. really I miss that dang pool. 5. the spa, rock solid, lovely service, super tranquil and professional and just a great massage, wish I could be there longer. 6. did we mention the food? oh yeah, it was amazing. Ametis we miss you, we also slept at the Ritz Carlton and Indigo on this trip, and your warmth, the flavours from your kitchen, and the beauty of your property remains close to our hearts.
